"Three Generations of Trust and Dedication:

Since 1959, we have been working to preserve our farmers' crops and process Turkish cotton, providing raw materials for the textile and oil industries. For three generations, in the Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Anatolia regions, we have been managing the logistics of farmers' harvests, processing these crops to meet global standards, and supplying raw materials to the food and textile industries. We take pride in leading the industry with our innovative and honest business principles.

From Yesterday to Today in Toprak Agriculture:

Born in 1914, Salih Şükrü Özkaya started his working life at a young age as an apprentice in a machine repair shop. In 1952, he shifted his career to automobile engine and machine repair, demonstrating his talent and hard work. After accumulating capital, the visionary Salih Şükrü Özkaya decided to enter the flour and cotton business, considering the needs and opportunities in his region.

In 1959, he established a small facility near Çukurköprü Village in Kadirli, Adana (now part of Osmaniye). This facility, equipped with a diesel-powered mill and five cotton ginning machines, quickly attracted more attention than anticipated from the surrounding areas. By 1976, his experience and capital allowed him to expand the number of cotton ginning machines to 25. This small facility, which earned the trust of the community and met one of the region's key needs, grew into a large family company.

Salih Şükrü Özkaya, who passed away in 1989, left a significant legacy, the principle of 'Trust,' which he instilled in his son, Ahmet Özkaya. Adhering to this principle, Ahmet Özkaya established Çukurova's first corn drying and private storage facility in Gaziköy in 1993. In 2001, he expanded the family business by establishing another facility in Ceyhan, focusing on the traditional cotton ginning and corn drying and storage business.

Along with his sons, Ahmet Özkaya opened new branches in Karataş in 2008 and in Değirmenli in 2011. Today, under the name of Toprak Agriculture, they operate in a total area of 90,000 m², including 53,000 m² of covered space, managing cotton ginning and pressing factories, as well as corn drying and storage facilities."
